Please note, the unique nature of the Autonomic Services Framework allows us to continually add work flows, meta queries, and capabilities. We use this tool internally to deliver our services, so as we find/develop useful capabilities, we make them available to our clients (after they are migrated through our DEV-QA process).
Connect:
- Java client (1.5+ for 256 bit encryption), 256 bit encryption, strong password/key, transmit via https, ~ 12 second average ITSM run time, < 30% processor load, client scheduled (for security reasons--requires no customer firewall hole).
- Install: download, schedule ... that's all, < one hour.
- Updates: As needed, only one required for the last 14 months.
Understand:
- > 100 work flows
- > 100 meta-queries (data structures/models)
- < 1 second average work flow run time
- ITSM supported (other applications internally)
- 7x24 Availability--no unplanned outages as of this date**

**The high-availability pipeline design of this system has allowed upgrades of the core technology to be done with no service interruption. Should we need to perform maintenance, it will be scheduled and notified via e-mail. Backup, recovery is built into the system (we are in the backup business after all ;) ), we use data centers in both Austin, TX and Los Angeles, CA. Security is multi-layered and built into the system down to the OS level--using methods that exceed most current commercial sites. Security questions are welcome and can be discussed personally. Please read our data policy as well.
