Our web service delivers information about your ITSM backups across the Internet using highly secure transmissions. We collect and store the backup logs for you so you can easily evaluate them at any time for any reason. With little impact on your ITSM servers.

Once your account is set-up, your ITSM server submits backup summary information on a regularly scheduled basis to the Applied Autonomics server where the data is loaded into a data warehouse. Data transmission is on a push basis, and you decide when that transmission is to be scheduled. As subscribers log in, they can generate reports on an ad-hoc basis or specify a publishing schedule to deliver reports automatically to all types of named users in a variety of formats. How much easier can it get?
